LOS ANGELES (AP) — California State Parks officials are trying to solve a stinky mystery: A die-off has left hundreds of fish floating in a recently restored lagoon on the tony Malibu coast.California State Parks Angeles District Superintendent Craig Sap says Monday scientists believe the Malibu Lagoon die-off, which began last Wednesday, is very likely caused by the unusually warm water temperatures.But other possibilities include elevated nutrient levels, dropping levels of dissolved oxygen or having too many fish in the lagoon.Officials are taking water samples and fish for testing.Malibu Lagoon underwent a controversial restoration project in 2013.Sap says officials improved the ecosystem by providing better oxygen levels and the number of fish in the lagoon has since increased. 801

That company would store the information and keep all other details private, abiding by HIPAA laws, according to Ticketmaster. That provider would then mark that person’s status so they could present their digital ticket along with their vaccine status at the event.Ticketmaster says this would not be mandatory, noting “Ticketmaster does not have the power to set policies around safety/entry requirements, which would include vaccines and/or testing protocols. LOS ANGELES (AP) — A police investigation confirmed suicide was the cause of death of a Black man found hanging from a tree in a Southern California city park last month. Los Angeles County sheriff's officials made the announcement at a Thursday news conference. The body of 24-year-old Robert Fuller was found early on June 10 in a park near City Hall in Palmdale. Sheriff's deputies found no evidence of a crime and an autopsy conducted the next day produced an initial finding of suicide. That outraged Fuller's family, who said he wouldn't have taken his own life. They said authorities were too quick to dismiss the possibility it was a crime. 656

And rice that he managed to get into the ground is in a "refrigerated state" because of colder than usual temperatures that threaten to reduce yields.Watsonville strawberry farmer Peter Navarro tells the Santa Cruz Sentinel that recent wet weather is disrupting his picking schedule and causing a loss of production.Much of California has seen two to five times more precipitation than is normal for this point in May.
