A San Diego bail bondsman is disputing a controversial Facebook live in which the narrator says his agents were turning in a suspected undocumented immigrant.The video, shot Monday by Ryan McAdams, shows Watkins employees turning a Latino man into central jail. McAdams, wearing a Watkins hat, narrates the video, saying the man was at risk of skipping trial and costing Watkins ,000. He added commentary that drew criticism from immigration advocates. "He's in here hiding under sanctuary status right now," McAdams says in the nine-minute video. "Let ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) deal with him."Jerald Watkins, who co-owns Watkins Bail Bonds, said he watched that video in shock. He said immigration status doesn't matter. "As long as you appear at your court dates, that's all we're asking," he said. Watkins said his workers took the man in after he changed his address and phone number, plus a warning from his co-signors that he may skip trial. "The family called and said look, this guy's acting shaky, we don't want to be on the hook for ,000," he said. Watkins said McAdams isn't his employee. He simply knew the agent, who let him ride along while he broadcast it on Facebook."Yeah, I'm not happy about that," Watkins said. It is unclear whether the crown prince authorized an interrogation, abduction or killing. A Reddit user has created an iPhone shortcut designed to record interactions with law enforcement.The program, called "I'm Getting Pulled Over," automatically turns on an iPhone's camera when the user tells Siri they're being pulled over.Robert Peterson first created the shortcut in 2018, and has since updated the program to include new features. A mother charged with killing her two young sons by placing them in an oven and turning it on was expected to appear in court on Monday but was not at the appearance.Investigators say 24 year-old Lamora Williams put her sons, ages two and one, into an oven and turned it on. The toddlers, 1-year-old Jakarter Penn and 2-year-old Keyounte Penn, had burns on their bodies when police found them at the Oakland City West End Apartments in Atlanta.Lamora Williams' family said she struggled most of her life with mental issues and may have been dealing with postpartum at the time of the incident.It’s a tragedy which her sister thinks could have been prevented.“She had issues and the fact that the state failed her, that’s a problem,” said Tabitha Hollingworth.Plus, family say the writing was on the wall. She routinely left her children home alone and had even attempted to cut her wrists.Wearing dark sunglasses to hide her tears, Brenda Williams is saddened, but not surprised that her daughter is now charged with murder.“Mora wasn’t right, she hasn’t been right and what happened three months ago, that the kids father left her, I told him something tragic is going to happen. She’s going to do something to those kids, she’s going to do something to herself,” said Brenda Williams.Williams is charged with two counts of murder and one count of cruelty to children in the first degree.
