Phoenix police are investigating after a young child was run over and killed by a parent Thursday night.According to Phoenix police, 21-month-old Samuel Hamilton died after he was struck by a car at a home near Interstate 17 and Northern Avenue.Authorities say the victim's father, 49-year-old Richard Hamilton, was moving a truck on his property when he hit his son. Hamilton stopped after feeling a "bump under the tire," police said.Samuel was taken to the hospital but died of his injuries, officials said,Hamilton is facing multiple charges in connection with the incident including DUI and negligent homicide. 633

OTAY MESA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Police are searching for a person of interest after a mother and daughter were shot and killed at an Otay Mesa home Sunday morning.San Diego Police were called to the residence on the 4300 block of Ebersole Drive after receiving reports of shots fired around 8:30 a.m.When police arrived they found a 37-year-old woman in the front yard with a gunshot wound.Police then learned that another woman was injured inside the house. They found a 65-year-old woman, also suffering from gunshot wounds.Both of the women who were shot died from their injuries. Police believe that the person of interest in the case, Justice Love Peace, aka. Jeremiah Horton, took a 6-month-old boy from the home. Shortly after 3 p.m., police said they had safely located the 6-month-old boy, but were still searching for Horton.Horton is considered armed and dangerous.Police believe Horton is the infant's father, the 37-year-old woman is the infant's mother, and the 65-year-old woman is the 37-year-old's mother. OTAY MESA, Calif. (KGTV) - Family members and friends gathered Friday evening to remember the woman shot and killed while working at Church’s Chicken in Otay Mesa West. Maribel Merino-Iba?ez, 28, died and two male employees were injured when a gunman opened fire in the restaurant on Del Sol Boulevard Wednesday evening. Mourners gathered outside the Church’s Chicken two days later, carrying candles, flowers, and photos of Maribel. San Diego Police said the man who killed Maribel tried to buy food earlier in the day with a counterfeit bill. He walked back in to the restaurant at 5:27 p.m. with a gun and began shooting. No customers were targeted, witnesses said. One of the male employees who was shot has been released from the hospital. The second victim is in stable condition, according to police. PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — Pinellas Park Detectives have arrested a maintenance worker for video voyeurism after they say he placed video recording devices above the ceiling tiles inside women's restrooms.John Gibbs, 49, of Largo, was arrested on Thursday evening and charged with 14 counts of Video Voyeurism.Detectives say the investigation began on March 2 when Pinellas Park Police were called to an office building located at 12360 66th Street North to investigate a suspicious incident in one of the women's restrooms inside the building.  During the initial investigation, officers located two separate video recording devices above the ceiling tiles inside two different women's restrooms.  After conducting a search of the recording devices, detectives observed video images of multiple women and two men who had been recorded using the restroom.During the investigation, detectives were able to identify Gibbs from images captured on the recording device, as being a maintenance worker for the office building.  Over the last several days, detectives worked to identify victims on the videos.  So far, 14 different victims have been identified. However, several more victims remain unidentified, according to police.Detectives have notified the office building management of their findings. Police say that the office building management has since notified the 60 different small businesses inside the building where the common restrooms are located.Police say that they believe Gibbs had been recording such videos since the beginning of February 2018, before being discovered. The investigation is ongoing as detectives continue to identify other victims. Police have apprehended a suspect in Phoenix after a lengthy pursuit on Tuesday afternoon. According to Phoenix police, the vehicle in the pursuit was part of an armed robbery investigation. At one point during the pursuit, the suspect carjacked a woman in Tolleson, Arizona.Watch chase in video player below.  333
