JUBA, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) -- China's economic and diplomatic clout is required to sustain peace and stability in South Sudan, experts have said.

Is China who plays an active and constructive role in the international arena a partner or a rival? I believe anyone without bias would come to a rational conclusion," said Wang in a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations, a think tank based in New York City.

"They are very serious and I am not surprised because of the comprehensive and fast expansion of the Chinese model of economy in Montenegro, Europe and the whole world," he said.
