BEIJING, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Monday exchanged views over phone on the recent nuclear test conducted by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and a new U.S.-Russia deal on cease-fire in Syria.
"China is a sincere friend for all parties in the Middle East," he noted. "We have no self-interest in the Middle East; the interests of people in the Middle East are our interests."

China has a four-tier color-coded warning system for severe weather, with red being the most serious, followed by orange, yellow and blue.
