The plane crashed into the Winter Haven home around 1 p.m. on Saturday. There were two people on board, a pilot and a trainee student. The pilot, 64-year-old James Wagner of Lakeland, was killed in the crash. The trainee, 33-year-old Timothy Sheehy of Montana, walked away with only minor injuries, according to the sheriff's office. It's unclear at this time who was piloting the plane.“It was a day of miracles because Timothy Sheehy, the trainee pilot, actually walked out of the crash, if you can believe that," Judd said. "Walked out of the crash, and was wandering around when Winter Haven firefighters arrived.”Judd said the two men were flying with the goal to simulate engine failure training. It's unknown if they were simulating engine failure at the time of the crash, Judd said. They took off from Winter Have Airport then the aircraft lost power. The 17-year-old girl who was in a bedroom the plane crashed through was taken to the hospital with only minor injuries. “Not only was she in the bedroom that the plane crashed into, but she was pinned and entrapped in the bedroom,” Judd said. The teenager's brother, who was in a neighboring room, tried to free her but was unable to, according to Judd. She was later freed by Winter Haven firefighters. The mother of the teenager was also in the home at the time, and three children were playing in the driveway. They were not injured. At this time, the plane is still stuck in the home and is leaking fuel, according to Judd. Firefighters will stay on scene until it's considered safe. Judd said the plane will be removed with a crane in a few days, but it will be left where it is until NTSB and the FAA arrive to investigate. First responders were on the scene within five minutes of the call, the Director of Public Safety in Winter Haven Charlie Bird said. Story developing, refresh for updates. The governor also mentioned that the CDC has already sent more than 1,000 coronavirus testing kits for use in the state, which he said is useful since there were 200 or so kits that could not be used, though it’s unclear why.If a test in San Diego comes back positive, it will be sent to the CDC for confirmation. 313

The fraternity contacted LSU's Greek Life office around 12:15 pm on Thursday to inform them of an incident. That office then notified the university's police, which began investigating, Ballard said. 199

The President tweeted on Sunday that Comey should be jailed for allegedly leaking classified information to journalists and lying to Congress, though there's no evidence that Comey committed any wrongdoing or broke any laws. In his NPR interview, Comey referenced the President's comments, saying that the statements are "not normal.""The President of the United States just said that a private citizen should be jailed. And I think the reaction of most of us was, 'meh, that's another one of those things.' This is not normal. This is not OK," Comey said.He continued, "There's a danger that we will become numb to it, and we will stop noticing the threats to our norms. The threats to the rule of law and the threats most of all to the truth. ... And there's a great danger we'll be numbed into forgetting that, and then only a fool would be consoled by some policy victory."Earlier this week during his first sitdown interview since being fired, Comey told ABC News that he believed Trump was "morally unfit" for office. 1023
