Actor Verne Troyer died Saturday at age 49, TMZ reported. Troyer played Mini-Me in the "Austin Powers" movies. Troyer died on Saturday afternoon, his family said in a statement to TMZ. The cause of death was not reported. A woman died Saturday after falling 200 feet while rock climbing in the Cleveland National Forest, according to the Riverside Press-Enterprise.A man who was with the woman called authorities around 12:30 near the Blue Jay Campground.The rescue took hours to complete due to the lack of accessibility in the area. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.Rescue crews said both the woman and her partner were experienced hikers and brought appropriate gear with them. Details about the fall and the woman’s identity have not yet been released.The accident happened along the Orange County and Riverside County borders. 632

Alabama teammates Mac Jones and DeVonta Smith, along with Clemson's Trevor Lawrence and Florida's Kyle Trask, have been named finalists for the Heisman Trophy.The Heisman will be awarded Jan. 5 during a virtual ceremony as the pandemic forced the cancellation of the usual trip to New York that for the presentation that usually comes with being a finalist.Jones and Smith are the eighth set of teammates to be finalists together since the tradition started in 1982.Smith is trying to become the first wide receiver to win the Heisman since 1991 when Desmond Howard took the award for Michigan.Smith leads the nation with 98 receptions and 1,511 receiving yards.Quarterbacks have been the favorite to win the Heisman, with 17 of them winning the coveted award since 2000.According to the Associated Press, Jones leads the nation with a 202.34 efficiency rating (202.34), has completed 76.5% of his throws, and averages 11.4 yards per pass with 32 touchdowns.If Jones or Smith wins the Heisman, they'll be Alabama's third Heisman winner. A Wisconsin man is accused of trying to buy a lethal dose of a radioactive substance on the Internet to try and kill someone. Justin Tolomeo, Special Agent in Charge of the Milwaukee Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation said in a news release Jeremy Ryan, 30, of the Town of Madison has been charged with attempted possession of radioactive material with intent to cause death.Ryan allegedly attempted to buy the lethal dose in March and October of 2018. He was arrested on Tuesday. Ryan, who was dubbed “Segway Boy” faced multiple felony drug charges in 2016. He got the nickname after he was seen riding a Segway around the state capitol in 2011 taunting Republican lawmakers. He also attempted a congressional run against Paul Ryan in 2012. The attempted possession of radioactive material with intent to cause death charge carries a maximum term of life in prison. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Wisconsin’s Western District.  1010
