Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, presided over the symposium and exchanged views with the advisors.
"With attacks in violation of the ceasefire agreement from time to time causing causalities and damages to infrastructure, China is deeply worried and concerned about the situation," he said.
"The visit has significantly strengthened our relations with China who are ready to work with South Africa to effectively implement all the plans and agreements that we have signed," the president said.
