SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Humane Society officials are searching for the person responsible for abandoning a dog in a San Pasqual Valley canyon recently.A grove manager at Bandy Canyon found the neglected dog Friday, according to society officials. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego health officials are worried about a recent uptick in out-of-towners testing positive for coronavirus locally ahead of the holiday weekend.In San Diego, health officials have seen increases in positive COVID-19 cases diagnosed locally in people who live in nearby counties or states. Throughout the pandemic, there have been 16 Arizona residents have tested positive while in the region, seven of those were in the last week. The proposal, from Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, is part of a plan to stimulate the economy as the coronavirus outbreak continues to lead the nation toward a recession. The checks, which could be upwards of ,000 or more, could come in April and May. The money could help San Diego workers who are seeing their hours reduced or jobs eliminated get by while efforts continue to flatten the curve.
