UNITED NATIONS, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese envoy on Monday made a joint statement at the General Debate of the Third Committee of the UN General Assembly, on behalf of 26 countries, criticizing the United States and Western countries for violating human rights, calling for the complete and immediate lifting of unilateral sanctions, and expressing grave concern on systematic racial discrimination.

The guideline, jointly issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, stressed adhering to scientific education evaluation and speeding up the modernization of education.

Xi provided comprehensive and systematic answers to such key questions as what kind of a world humanity will face in the post-COVID era, what role China will play in the world and what kind of an international order we all need, Wang said, adding that the Chinese president took a clear stand and unequivocally reiterated China's firm commitment to multilateralism, the authority of the UN, the path of peaceful development and mutually beneficial cooperation, and the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Wang said that China and Cambodia are about to sign a free trade agreement, Cambodia's first FTA with foreign countries, which will not only promote the bilateral trade, but also contribute to help Cambodia address the challenges in post-pandemic era.
