Two men are in jail after police say they stole a car -– with an infant inside.About 7:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of a business in Boise, Idaho.“Evidence indicates that a car had been left running outside of a store, when it was stolen by two men,” according to a Boise Police Department news release. A 6-month-old infant was in the car when it was stolen. A parent pursued the car, until the driver stopped several blocks away.“One of the men exited with the child, who was still strapped into the infant car seat.  (The parent) safely took the child from the man. Thankfully, the child was unharmed,” the release stated.The suspect, later identified as Raymundo Gutierrez, 23, of Boise, was detained at the scene until officers arrived.  The other male fled in the stolen vehicle, officers said.Gutierrez was booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with accessory to grand theft, a felony.About 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, Boise Police received information that the stolen vehicle had been recovered in Canyon County -- and the driver, later identified as Robert DeShazo, was booked into the Canyon County Jail. He’s charged with felony possession of stolen property and driving under the influence, a misdemeanor.  Authorities said both suspects could face additional charges.          1396

They did not provide details about her condition or the location.SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police asked for the public’s help Friday to find a missing at-risk teenager. The 15-year-old girl was last seen about 4 a.m. near the 15000 block of Via Montecristo in the Del Sur neighborhood. The location is near Del Sur Elementary School. Unique hardly describes the lawsuit Scarlett Watts and her attorney recently filed in Florida federal court.Scarlett Watts said she was only days late on her house payment when her mortgage company called looking for their money.  Watts describes the exchange between her and the debt collector as tense but nothing more. Later that day she received a string of obscene text messages.The texts called Watts vulgar names and mentioned her late bill not once but twice.She called the mortgage company and they denied any wrongdoing on behalf of their employee.Attorney Billy Howard has filed a harassment suit on Watt’s behalf against the lender based on Florida and federal law that makes it illegal for a debt collector to harass a borrower on their cell phone.Next Howard plans to subpoena phone records to determine if the texts may have come from a company phone or an employee's phone.Watts says she decided to take legal action to teach the texter a lesson and hopefully collect a few thousand dollars.
