SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A San Diego woman is searching for the hero who saved her from drowning after a cliff dive at Sunset Cliffs.“I think the ocean really taught me a lesson that day. It really did,” Justice Arreguin said.It happened a week ago Sunday.Arreguin was with some friends when she jumped off the cliff into the water. The first jump was fine, she said. But when she jumped the second time, it almost killed her.The big waves pulled her under and tossed her around. She couldn't breathe.“Then this guy he just popped out of nowhere and he was like 'you have to stay calm. Try to stay calm,'" Arreguin said. "And so I did and after a while, he jumped in the water when it was safe."The man pulled justice out. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A three-year-old child suffered serious injuries after he was run over by a pickup truck Saturday morning in El Cerrito.The child reportedly stepped in front of a full-sized truck in the Quad area of Crawford High School, when he was hit. The truck ran over the child's head, according to San Diego Police.Police said the child sustained non-life threatening injuries, including two skull fractures and abrasions.The 31-year-old driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.The incident is under investigation. 557

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- AMC is reopening an additional 140 theaters nationwide by Friday, including seven of its locations in San Diego County.The reopenings will mean 70 percent of the company's theaters, 420 total, will be open before Labor Day weekend.A vast majority of the theaters, the company said, will reopen on Thursday.On Friday, Sept. 4, these seven San Diego area theaters will be open to the public:AMC Chula Vista 10AMC Fashion Valley 18AMC La Jolla 12AMC Mission Valley 20AMC Otay Ranch 12AMC Plaza Bonita 14AMC DINE-IN Poway 10As part of the reopenings, AMC is "offering an array of food and beverage treats, including regular popcorn, regular Coca-Cola Freestyle drinks and KidsPacks, through the end of October. And all AMC Stubs members will earn double points on all ticket and food & drink purchases through the end of October."AMC says a new health and sanitation program will be in effect at all of its reopened theaters. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Across the county, doorbell camera video has caught 'grinches' behaving badly."Upsetting and makes me feel violated," said Catherine Butler, who lives on Palm Avenue in La Mesa.When Butler woke up Wednesday morning, she came upon a mess outside her home. A wreath hanging on the side of her home was on the ground. A lighted garland was cut and left in her yard. It's not right and it's very grinchy," said Butler.Surveillance video reveals the culprit: a man walking barefoot on her patio railing, yanking down her lights. There have been a plethora of videos posted this week of package thieves throughout the county, likely targeting Christmas presents. In Chula Vista, a video posted on the Neighbors App by Ring shows a man wrangling a large holiday wreath off a front door. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Alcohol giant Constellation Brands is bidding bon voyage to San Diego-born Ballast Point.The company announced Tuesday it will be selling Ballast Point Brewing Company to Chicago-based Kings & Convicts Brewing Company for an undisclosed amount.
