THOREAU, N.M. (AP) — New Mexico authorities say multiple people have been killed in a commercial passenger bus crash along Interstate 40.New Mexico State Police did not say how many people died or how many were injured in Thursday's crash. They said passengers were transported to a hospital and a phone number was set up for family members seeking more information about people who were aboard the bus.The wreckage included a Greyhound bus with front-end damage and a semi-truck that was on its side and with its cargo strewn across the highway and the median.Greyhound says the bus was heading from Albuquerque to Phoenix and there were 47 passengers on board.Spokeswoman Crystal Booker says it's unclear what caused the crash. The crash forced the closure of the westbound lanes of the interstate and traffic was backing up as travelers were being diverted. 866
Those who have recovered from the coronavirus have been asked to donate convalescent plasma to help patients fight the virus. The American Red Cross says it has seen demand for convalescent plasma double as cases rise across the US. The Red Cross says that donations of convalescent plasma are unable to keep up with demand. The plasma is used for its antibiodies, and while not considered a cure for the virus, it could help patients fight off the disease. Franklin Miles, a recovered COVID-19 patient, said he learned about the need for convalescent plasma while in the hospital. He said he didn’t know if he would survive.“It is rewarding to be one of the catalysts to have it, recover from it and can help whether it’s one or 50 people or 100 people,” Miles said.Miles said he had to wait 28 days to donate, and the process is similar to giving blood. He has donated every 28 days since recovering.Doctors are still researching the effectiveness of convalescent plasma, but so far, it appears the earlier COVID-19 patients can receive plasma, the better. 1064
This is misleading. We are complying with the Judge’s order. The Grand Jury audio recording is more than 20 hrs long, & we filed a motion to request additional time, if the court permits it, to redact personally identifiable information of witnesses (addresses and phone numbers). pic.twitter.com/cvNJc5AZpa— Attorney General Daniel Cameron (@kyoag) September 30, 2020 385

Title insurance: It’s another one of those mysterious fees buried inside the pile of paperwork you’ll receive at your loan closing. Who knows what it’s all about? All you’ve figured out is that lenders require a policy for their protection, and either you or the seller will have to pay for it — and then you’ll be asked if you want an owner’s title policy, too. Here’s how title insurance works, how to decide whether you need your own policy, and how much you can expect to pay. 492
