TAMPA, Fla. -- A woman who visited Hamburger Mary's in Tampa is suing the establishment for .5 million after she says she was injured by a drag queen's breast while at dinner with friends in 2015.Neldin Molina says she was with friends and family at the restaurant for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday on May 30, 2015, according to the complaint. The suit says this was the first time Molina had ever visited the restaurant in Tampa. She claims when she entered the establishment, she didn't see any signs of any special events.She was eating her fish n' chips dinner at approximately 8:45 p.m. when she heard music and heard someone begin to speak and then the crowd cheered and clapped. She turned her chair around to see what was going on and saw a person dancing on the stage that was in the restaurant behind her to the left. She started watching and overheard another table say that the drag queen show was starting.At approximately 9:40 p.m., Molina turned around and saw performer Amanda D'Hod point at her and start to walk toward her table. Molina claims she immediately turned around to ignore the performance. A few minutes later, Molina felt someone touch her shoulders from behind her.According to the complaint, D'Hod walked in front of Molina and unexpectedly grabbed Molina's head and "wiggled her breast against the Plaintiff's face and head 8 times." D'Hod reportedly grabbed Molina's face and pushed it to the left and right before "violently pounding" it against D'Hod's chest "up to nine times." The complaint says Molina let a restaurant manager know that she was in "excruciating" pain and she was getting a headache and she filed a complaint. The manager told Molina he would notify and give the complaint to the owner who was not currently at the restaurant. Molina later went to the emergency room at Memorial Hospital of Tampa for "excruciating cervical pain and uncontrollable headaches."The manager called Molina weeks later and gave her Insurance information for her to follow up on the complaint. Molina is seeking .5 million for medical costs and expenses for the past, present and future, including the pain and suffering she physically and mentally endured. The complaint also states that Hamburger Mary's failed to advise anyone of the possible dangers while dining at the restaurant.   2431

Steve Wynn will not be getting severance pay following his resignation from Wynn Resorts earlier this month.RELATED: Las Vegas police receive two reports of sexual misconduct by Steve WynnAccording to a document filed Feb. 15 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and signed by new Wynn Resorts CEO Matthew Maddox, Wynn will not receive any other compensation. He also cannot compete against the company for two years.The separation agreement also notes that Wynn must leave his residence at Wynn Las Vegas by June 1 and pay fair market rent until that date. Wynn can terminate the lease before that date. Wnny wll also cease to have administrative support after May 31 and health insurance through the company after Dec. 31, according to the document. Wynn's employment with Wynn Resorts began on Oct. 4, 2002 and ended on Feb. 6, 2018. He resigned following allegations of sexual misconduct. The document also acknowledges that Wynn agrees to cooperate with Wynn Resorts Board of Directors investigation into his time at the company. Tenants and landlords around the country have been on a roller coaster ride with the eviction moratorium ordered by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, in September. The mandate protecting tenants was put in place last month by the CDC after President Donald Trump signed an executive order. However, within days, landlords pushed back, filing several lawsuits against the CDC. As the lawsuits are being fought, the CDC is quietly rolling back its initial eviction protection through new guidance it put out last week.“The changes created new burdens for renters to have to meet and created some holes in the protection that those renters need,”said Dian Yentel.Yentel is with the National Low-Income Housing Coalition. NLIHC is an organization concerned about the new burden renters now face to prove their financial distress, but also over this new bit of information released in the CDC latest guidance. That new bit clarifies, for landlords, that they can proceed with filing evictions.“Landlords can file evictions and courts can essentially take every step in the eviction process up to actually removing somebody from their home,” added Yentel.”That has a significant impact and ultimately will mean more low-income people leaving their homes before the moratorium even expires.”Yentel explained many tenants do not want to go through an eviction process and tend to move out before the court-ordered eviction date under pressure. Some will move in with friends or family, potentially crowding homes and putting even more people at greater risk for catching COVID-19.The National Apartment Association, which attached itself to the lawsuits against the CDC, cautions the new guidelines aren’t as big of a victory as they may seem for landlords. They do not put landlords much closer to recovering back rent, what a report by Stout Risius Ross estimates to be - billion.“I think the guideline put out by the CDC provide a path forward, I still maintain that the guidelines are a half step to a solution,” said Bob Pennigar, who heads the NAA.A full step, he said, would be a solution that helps landlords and tenants. Interestingly enough, advocates on both sides have found some common ground there. Both have called for stimulus money allocated for rent.“We still need to have a stimulus act that will provide direct rental assistance,” said Pinnegar.“At least 100 billion dollars in emergency rental assistance,” added Yentel.However, Congress has the last say in what will be included in a stimulus package and whether there will even be another one. Both the House and Senate have been unable to agree on a new stimulus measure for months, and it’s becoming less clear if or when they will. The body of missing journalist Jamal Khashoggi was cut into pieces after he was killed two weeks ago at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, a Turkish official told CNN on Tuesday.The claim, which was first made to the New York Times earlier in the investigation, comes after Turkish officials searched the consulate for nine hours on Monday night.President Recep Tayyip Erdogan earlier Tuesday said Turkish investigators were looking into "toxic" and "painted over material" as part of their inquiry."My hope is that we can reach conclusions that will give us a reasonable opinion as soon as possible, because the investigation is looking into many things such as toxic materials and those materials being removed by painting them over," Erdogan told reporters.Turkish officials have said privately that Khashoggi was killed in the consulate on October 2 after he arrived to obtain papers that would have allowed him to marry his Turkish fiancée.Turkish investigators were expected to carry out a search of the Saudi Consul General's residence in Istanbul later on Tuesday.
