(KGTV) - Artificial intelligence may be able to perceive sexual orientation in faces better than the human brain, according to a Stanford University study.Dr. Michal Kosinski and Yilun Wang used deep neural networks to analyze more than 35,000 facial images.The programs correctly distinguished between homosexual and heterosexual men in 81% of cases, and in 74% of cases for women, researchers said.Accuracy improved when artificial intelligence analyzed five images, including grooming styles, according to the study.Researchers found lower accuracy rates for human judges asked to interpret sexuality through facial images: 51% for men and 54% for women.The researchers suggested the findings of the study posed a threat to the privacy and safety of gay men and women.GLAAD and the Human Rights Campaign denounced the study, saying it made inaccurate assumptions.“Technology cannot identify someone’s sexual orientation. What their technology can recognize is a pattern that found a small subset of out white gay and lesbian people on dating sites who look similar. He said that he cannot stand. Our screener asked if he would stand with support. He reluctantly stood up."That's when the officer noticed that while the passenger's beard and hair were white, the roots were black. He also was working hard to avoid the officer's eyes.When asked for his passport, the individual handed over documentation claiming that he was Amrick Singh, born in Delhi in February 1938, making him 81 years old."He was definitely not 80 years old. Proposition 21 would have allowed counties to apply rent control to housing more than 15 years old, with the exception of some single-family homes.Single-family homes owned by people with no more than two properties would have been exempt under proposition 21.Those in support say it’s the change needed to combat homelessness and keep people in their homes. Those opposed say it will make the housing crisis worse. 525

(KGTV) - Disney fans will be able to get their fill of toys, games, accessories, clothing, and other merchandise this fall at 25 Target stores nationwide. The entertainment giant is opening what it describes as “shop-in-shop” locations starting in October, according to Target officials. Disney’s store experience in Target will include music, interactive displays, photo ops, and a Disney movie clip screening area. 450 items will be available, including 100 products that were previously only available at Disney retail locations, Target officials say.
