A 62-year-old man is accused of killing two people, after their remains were found in suitcases left on a Seattle area beach.The man was taken into custody this week for the murder of two people, according to Seattle police. Court records show the man knew the victims, and there was a disagreement over rent money.In mid-June, several bags containing human remains were found in the water and on the beach in an area of West Seattle. Police got a call from people who found the bags.The remains were identified a few weeks later as a 27-year-old man and 35-year-old female. (KGTV) — The 18-year-old girl who pushed her friend off a 60-foot bridge into a Washington state river has been charged with one count of reckless endangerment.Prosecutors filed the charge against Taylor Smith, saying the teen engaged in conduct which created a substantial risk of death and resulted in serious physical injury to Jordan Holgerson," according to ABC News.Reckless endangerment is a gross misdemeanor in Washington state and punishable by up to a year in jail and a maximum fine of ,000.Smith pushed Holgerson off the bridge over the Lewis River at Moulton Falls Regional Park near Vancouver, Wash., on Aug. 7.The fall left Holgerson, 16, with six broken ribs, a punctured lung, and air bubbles in her chest, officials said.Footage showing the fall was captured on cell phone video and soon went viral. (KGTV) — Los Angeles Police are investigating the death of a six-month-old fetus found in the bathroom of a Sherman Oaks grocery store.Police received the call at about 3 p.m. about an infant's body at a Ralphs grocery store in the 4400 block of Burbank Boulevard, according to ABC-affiliate Los Angeles station KABC.The fetus was discovered in a toilet by a witnessed who then called police, LAPD Sgt. Hector Guzman said during a press conference. Fire personnel arrived and determined it had died.Guzman said they have identified a woman they believed to be the mother and have interviewed her to figure out what happened, according to KABC.Ralphs issued a statement to KABC, saying the bathrooms are behind the scenes and don't impact the safety of customers, employees, and the public.By Wednesday evening, police determined no crime had been committed and no arrests were made, KABC reported.
