BEL AIR, Md  - Crews found the cause of a car fire to be a bit squirrelly...literally.Officials with the Bel Air, Maryland Volunteer Fire Company say they extinguished a car fire last Monday in the 1500 block of Rock Spring Road. Upon putting out the flames, firefighters discovered squirrel and nesting debris in the engine compartment.The incident was captured on video by the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company. 438

BALTIMORE (AP) -- The U.S. Department of Justice won't bring federal charges against six police officers involved in the arrest and death of Freddie Gray, a young black man whose death touched off weeks of protests and unrest in Baltimore.The officers were charged by state prosecutors after Gray's neck was broken in the back of a police transport wagon in April of 2015. BRANDON, Fla. -- A Florida woman says someone threw some type of acid on the side of her 2002 Ford Explorer that was parked outside a Kmart in Brandon. Glenda Banfield said she was in the store for about an hour when she came out to find the paint on her car bubbling. "My paint was down to the metal," she said, "I rubbed my hand down over it and it just came off in flakes."Banfield was parked in a disabled parking space in the front row towards the entrance of the store. "I wish I would have just stayed home," said Banfield.Banfield, who lives on disability, is on a fixed-income and took the car in for a repair estimate, "they said it would be at least ,500."  703
