The man convicted of killing his pregnant wife and two young daughters in Colorado is likely now in the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. According to media reports, including Radar Online, Chris Watts, 33, was transferred to Dodge County Correctional Institution last week. Watts eventually confessed to killing his pregnant wife and two young daughters in August. He took a plea deal to avoid the death penalty. He was sentenced to five life sentences. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections would not confirm whether Watts is in its custody but released the following statement: "The Department of Corrections is not confirming the location or disclosing the identity of inmates who may have been transferred to Wisconsin under the Interstate Corrections Compact. Questions should be referred to the state correctional agency which transferred the inmate."On the Wisconsin Department of Corrections website, there is a link to send money to inmates. A Chris Watts, with the same date of birth, is listed on the Wisconsin DOC commissary listing. The site only lists Watts as being in the Wisconsin DOC, however, Radar Online says he is specifically being held at the Dodge County Correctional Institution.Dodge County Correctional Institution is the same prison where other notorious killers like Ed Gein, the man who inspired the movie Psycho, have been held. "I'm not able to confirm any information regarding the possible location of inmate Christopher Watts," a Dodge County Correctional Institution spokesperson said.According to the Colorado Department of Corrections, high-profile prisoners can be moved to another state's system for safety reasons under the Interstate Compact. The name change for Boy Scouts of America is creating a buzz online as people react the organization's recent move to become more inclusive.They will begin calling the program for ages 11 to 17 "Scouts BSA."It was a historic decision for Boy Scouts of America as they take the next step towards allowing females into all their programs with their focus on bringing families together in one spot. It's all a part of the new "Scout Me In"?recruitment campaign, uniting girls and boys of the same family with one organization."Having Johnny in Scouts and Sally in soccer or some other activities — if they can go and do things together as a family unit, that's what families are looking for from the research we have," says Chris Mehaffey, scout executive and CEO of the Mid-America Council. And so the move was made today, switching the Boy Scouts program to Scouts BSA with the hopes that the new name will make girls feel comfortable joining the program geared towards 11-18 year olds.Still Mehaffey believes the name switch won't make a huge difference in girls joining the scouts. "I think those that are interested in our program will come anyway, this just shows that we are being more inclusive to what demographics we'll be serving."As for the Girl Scouts, they're remaining focused on creating programs for girls, and only girls. "So it's not changing the way we deliver our mission and programs. We're going to continue to do what girls asked us to do and provide for their changing needs," says Melissa Breazile, marketing director of Girl Scouts of Nebraska.And if girls desire, Mehaffey says girls can choose to join both organizations. "You don't have to choose. Girl Scouts meet on different nights, Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA meet on different nights, if you're interested in both if parents will allow, do both."Now this switch only affects the Boy Scout program. The other shoe has dropped for struggling sneaker company Under Armour.Under Armour reported quarterly sales Tuesday that fell nearly 5% from a year ago, missing forecasts badly. The company also lowered its outlook for the year again.That news sent the company's two classes of stock down more than 15% Tuesday. They had already lost nearly half their value for the year ahead of the earnings report. (Under Armour's UAA shares have voting rights while the UA shares do not.)CEO Kevin Plank said in the earnings release that the biggest problem is lower demand for its shoes and athletic apparel in its home market of the United States.The Baltimore-based company has been growing internationally, with sales surging in Europe, Latin America and Asia during the quarter.But those markets are still relatively tiny for Under Armour. Revenue in North America makes up more than three-quarters of its overall sales -- and those sales plunged 12% in the third quarter.It's a stunning fall from grace for Under Armour, which not that long ago was gaining market share at the expense of Nike and Adidas.The company signed Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry a few years ago, a move that seemed like a slam dunk success, since Curry has gone on to win multiple NBA MVP awards and two championships.But several iterations of the Curry shoes have routinely been mocked on social media for not looking cool. Even Curry's teammate Kevin Durant, who endorses Nike, poked fun at Under Armour earlier this year.Making matters worse, there have been reports of supply chain issues with the new Curry 4 line of sneakers. Under Armour has come to the defense of its star endorsers.But that hasn't been enough to rejuvenate Under Armour's flagging sales or stock price.Meanwhile, Adidas has thrived in the past year while Under Armour and Nike have both struggled. The Pentagon is preparing to send about 5,000 additional active duty troops to support border authorities' efforts to stop Central American migrants bound for the US, according to a defense official and an official familiar with the current plan.The announcement comes days before midterm elections in which President Donald Trump has repeatedly warned of dangers related to immigration and of specific but unsubstantiated threats posed by the migrants, who are still weeks away from the US border.Trump tweeted Monday that the group of Central Americans includes "gang members and some very bad people."The tweet to the President's 55.5 million followers came just two days after a man with virulently anti-immigrant views, who referred to immigrant "invasions," killed 11 people in a Pittsburgh synagogue."Please go back," Trump tweeted Monday to the migrants, who are some 900 miles away from the border and moving at a pace of 20 to 30 miles a day. "You will not be admitted into the United States unless you go through the legal process. This is an invasion of our Country and our Military is waiting for you!"The migrants are seeking asylum, which can be applied for only once someone seeking protection from persecution or fleeing violence in their home country is inside another country or is at the border."Operation Faithful Patriot" is expected to start on November 5 and last until December 15, the defense official said. The current plan is to send the additional active duty troops to Brownsville, Texas, Nogales, Arizona and likely near San Diego, California.Asked Monday whether the administration was considering closing the southern border, White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said, "we have a number of options on the table and we're exploring those."The official said that while no final decision has been made, the commander of Northern Command, which will oversee the operation, has the authority to preposition forces. The troops will be deployed from Fort Bragg in North Carolina, Fort Campbell and Fort Knox in Kentucky and Fort Hood in Texas.The official added that verbal orders went out this past weekend to some units and additional written orders are starting Monday. If the troops carry arms, it will be solely for self defense, the officials said.Last week, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen told Fox News that her agency had asked for defense department help to "bolster our capabilities" in an effort to avoid a repeat of clashes on the Guatemalan-Mexican border between some of the northbound migrants and Mexican troops.Specifically, she said DHS has asked for air, engineering, logistics and planning support as well as vehicle barriers and "ways in which we can protect my officers and agents as well as the ports of entry themselves."This deployment is separate from an ongoing National Guard effort to support border authorities with technical assistance.
