BRIDGETON, N.J. – Authorities have released a sketch of a man they want to speak with in the case of a 5-year-old girl who went missing from a New Jersey park. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office says the girl, Dulce Maria Alavez, disappeared from the Bridgeton City Park Recreational Area at about 5 p.m. on Sept. 16. The sketch that prosecutors released Tuesday is of a person who has been reported to have been seen in the park around the time Dulce went missing. A witness who recently came forward says the person was with one or two children under the age of 5 years old. The person was reported to have been wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a white baseball style hat at the time. The man is reported to be Hispanic, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a slender build, and between 30 and 35 years old. Prosecutors want to clarify that the sketch is not from the child witness who gave authorities an initial description which led to an Amber Alert on Sept. 17. “We are asking this person (or anyone who may recognize him) to come forward as investigators wish to speak with him as it is believed that he may have information that is helpful in determining the circumstances that led to Dulce’s disappearance,” prosecutors wrote.Anyone who can identify this individual or who has information about the case is asked to contact Bridgeton Police Department at 856-451-0033. BALTIMORE — The Frederick County State's Attorney's Office in Maryland indicted a man who knowingly transmitted HIV to several women he met on dating sites.According to officials, the Frederick County Police Department started an investigation in 2017 on 34-year-old Rudolph Jericho Smith after different women told authorities that they believed Smith had infected them with HIV.During the department's investigation, officials were able to conduct witness interviews which informed them that Smith knew of his HIV-positive status since 2014. A search warrant for Smith's blood was executed and a detective confirmed his positive status. The department was later notified that Smith continued to meet women on dating sites and had unprotected sex with them without telling them about his status.Smith has been charged with first degree assault, reckless endangerment and knowing transfer of HIV.The Frederick Police Department is asking anyone who may have had a sexual relationship with Smith around or after July 2017 to leave contact information on the 1069

At least 49 people have been killed and 20 seriously injured after gunmen opened fire in two mosques in the New Zealand city of Christchurch Friday, a coordinated and unprecedented attack that has shocked the usually peaceful nation.New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern called the incident a terrorist attack in a Friday press conference, saying the suspects held "extremist views" that have no place in New Zealand or the world.Forty-one people were killed when gunmen stormed the al Noor mosque on Deans Avenue, New Zealand's Police Commissioner Mike Bush said Friday evening local time.
