BEIJING, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Hu Chunhua on Friday called for efforts to plan the development of the commercial sector next year in line with the requirements of the new development pattern.

Parties including the Communist Party of Argentina, the Ecuadorian Socialist Party, the Dominican Republic's United Left Movement, the Communist Party of Peru (Red Fatherland), the Democratic Revolutionary Party of Panama, noted that inter-party exchanges are the most effective way to ensure peace, cooperation and global governance.

The meeting noted that Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law represents the latest achievement in adapting Marxist theories on the rule of law to the Chinese context, serving as the fundamental guideline for law-based governance in China.

The white paper, titled "Energy in China's New Era," was released by the State Council Information Office to provide a full picture of the country's achievements in energy development and major policies and measures for energy reform.
