(KGTV) -- Residents and businesses in Poway were notified Friday they have clean water after a boil water advisory was issued nearly a week ago.Testing was conducted on Poway’s water supply and samples were sent to be examined by state officials.City officials said the first test on the water, requested by the state, came back clean Thursday night. Then, you'll have to get a rapid antigen test when you get there and four-days later.Hawaii lifted its 14-day quarantine last week for people who have a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the flight.“Having these alternatives to quarantine related to travel creates some confusion about what a test really means in the context of quarantine, so I worry a little bit that we're losing that message that a test is only just a moment in time,” said Dr. Shira Doron, an infectious disease physician at Tufts Medical Center.Doron says because of the incubation period for COVID-19, you can have it any time between 2 and 14 days after you're exposed. Thirty-eight-year-old Michael Walker died after a stray bullet hit him in the stomach as he slept early Saturday. It happened at the Sofi Apartment complex on Midland Road. Christina Walker said her husband was sleeping in the spare bedroom so his snoring wouldn't wake her. "All of a sudden, I heard this loud thud, and I didn't know what it was, I ran out of bed, I thought he fell and he was just standing there and I don't think he even knew what was happening, but he was just laying there in bed and got shot," said Walker. She said they didn't realize what had happened. "I'm looking and I'm just seeing this hole in his stomach and then I look over and there's a hole in my wall," said Walker. She rushed him to the hospital, but he died around 3 a.m Saturday ."I think we were still just disbelief, really not knowing, you just don't think, we don't have a gun, it's not like either one of us has ever been shot before, you just don't think, why would you think you have a bullet in you?" said Walker.
