WASHINGTON, June 12 (Xinhua) -- China will work closely with the United States to ensure a full success of Chinese President Xi Jinping's first state visit to the country in September, a top Chinese general said.
Asim said Afghanistan treasures its friendly relationship with China and Communist Party of China. He expressed readiness to conduct closer cooperation with China.
He added that his country will work with China to continuously deepen practical cooperation in such areas as infrastructure interconnectivity, construction of oil and gas pipelines, clean energy, finance, high technology and agriculture.
