It works by consciously feeling your hands and feet to take attention away from the fears in your mind and become more present. But the biggest key she says is concentrating on content."The moment that the student is able to move away from the mind and into the verbal message and making sure that it is clear I see a huge shift in the confidence of the students," Fazoni says.And lastly, celebrate! (KGTV) - A small plane crashed Monday on its approach to the Ramona Airport.The Cessna 210 was inbound to the airport at 2450 Montecito Road at 12:48 p.m. when it declared an emergency, Federal Aviation Administration officials said.The plane, which had departed from Gillespie Field, reportedly had engine failure. It crashed in the grasslands near the runway.Cal Fire crews at the scene reported the two people on board the plane were not injured.
