I have to look at it from that angle, and I'm hoping that's more what it is. (KGTV) — A man who was fatally stabbed in Spring Valley on Friday, and the woman arrested on suspicion of his murder, have been identified.Manuel Castro, 41, was found Friday just after 11:30 p.m. at his apartment in the 3500 block of James Circle, after a reported stabbing. He was rushed to the hospital with a stab wound to the chest, where he died shortly after arriving.Castro's live-in girlfriend, Anielka Arbizu, 37, was found at the scene when deputies arrived. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Sunday, Arbizu was charged with one count of murder at Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility.Sheriff's deputies don't suspect any other suspects in the case. 727
