RICHMOND, Va -- Governor Ralph Northam is expected to announce on Tuesday an executive order requiring Virginians to wear face coverings in public spaces where social distancing cannot be guaranteed at all times.Since asking Virginians to do their “homework” and obtain facial protection, officials with the Governors office continue to hint an order is coming.A source with knowledge of the order said it is expected to only apply when going inside Virginia businesses.
