Two people were fatally shot during a video game tournament at a shopping and dining complex Sunday in downtown Jacksonville, Florida, Sheriff Mike Williams said.Nine other people suffered gunshot wounds and two people were injured fleeing the area, Williams said.The gunman, identified as 24-year old David Katz, of Baltimore, Maryland, took his own life inside Chicago Pizza after the shooting, the sheriff said. She found shoulder and rib bones, hair she postulated either from the mane or tail.The HiCaliber Horse Ranch came under scrutiny, accused of buying sickly horses at auction then killing them at the horse ranch. "As far as the eye can see and what we're walking on right now is still the manure pile," Travis Fox said there were five piles six feet deep of manure. According to the company, only 5% of tweets sent by people in the 280-character test group were longer than 140 characters, and just 2% were over 190 characters.Many users complained about the initial tests. Now that just about everyone's got 280 characters to work with, more people say they're frustrated or confused by the decision. Others are using new characters to make jokes. Other people were curious about how the new parameters will change the way people interact on the platform.The big question on everyone's mind is how President Donald Trump, an avid Twitter user, will use the expanded space.
