Abaco Island and Grand Bahama Island are among the areas under the tropical storm warning. The two islands faced major devastation from Dorian. Also, Nassau is under a tropical storm warning. The National Hurricane Center expects the cyclone to become a tropical storm on Friday or Saturday. The storm then could strike Florida on Saturday as a tropical storm. Like Dorian, the forecast does not guarantee a landfall in Florida. As of 5 p.m. Thursday, the tropical storm has top winds of 30 MPH.
