Police in Omaha, Nebraska are looking for a suspect vehicle in connection with a shooting at the Irvington Walmart just before 5 p.m. Wednesday that left a 21-year-old woman dead.Kayviaun T. Nelson died after a shooting in the parking lot of the Walmart near 99th Street and Military Avenue, just off Interstate 680, with a child reportedly in the vehicle. OPD are looking for a 2001 bronze Chevy Malibu with license plate VVT-545.Police closed down the Irvington Walmart for hours Wednesday evening while conducting their investigation around the store.Police said they believe some type of disturbance occurred at a different location and the suspect in the shooting followed her to Walmart.Officers later worked with store management to clear all customers from the Walmart location just off Interstate 680 North and prevent anyone else from entering the location. PHOENIX (KNXV/KGTV) - A small plane that crashed on a Phoenix street Monday morning -- killing both passengers  -- was just sold from a pilot in Solana Beach.The victims have been identified as 54 year-old Theodore Rich and 49 year-old Elaine Carpenter. FAA officials said the aircraft involved is a single-engine, home-built Acroduster. The plane went down in the intersection of 7th St. and Deer Valley Dr., near an FBI field office, at around 6:50 a.m. local time.One eyewitness said he saw the plane go down. At first he thought it was aerobatics, but after seeing the plane heading straight for the ground, he knew something was wrong. Video from the scene showed emergency crews working around debris in the roadway near several damaged cars. Police in North Haven, Connecticut have arrested a man they said implied he was going to hand out candy filled with poison to trick-or-treaters.Detectives received an anonymous tip about alarming statements made by 57-year-old Ronald Przybylo.Upon their investigation, police said they found disturbing posts and videos that led them to believe the man was possibly dangerous.Police said Przybylo allegedly posted comments implying that he planned to provide candy filled with rat poison to trick-or-treaters.Przybylo also reportedly referenced several mass killings from around the country and “dubbed himself the Halloween Lunatic,” police said.When officers responded to his home, they found floors and furniture to be completely covered with animal urine and feces.The North Haven Animal Control and the Quinnipiac Valley Health Department responded and removed three dogs, three cats, and an Amazon African Bird.Ronald Przybylo was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace, seven counts of animal cruelty, and was held on a ,000 bond.Maryellen Przybylo was also arrested and charged with seven counts of animal cruelty and was released on a ,500 bond.She’s expected to appear in court on Nov. 9. 1233
