(KGTV) — Sheriff's deputies asked the public for help Wednesday to locate an East County man who disappeared from an assisted living facility.SDSO says 74-year-old Stan Neff was last seen just before 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the facility in the 8900 block of Troy Street in Spring Valley. He may have walked out through a side door.Neff has dementia and tires easily, deputies say. He is described as a white male, weighing about 140 pounds, 5-foot 8-inches tall, and with gray hair. Neff was last seen wearing a blue plaid button-up shirt or white t-shirt, khaki pants, and one loafer shoe and one sandal. He picked up trash along Grand Avenue for years and was hired by the city to clean up Grape Park in 2017, he would have celebrated his first work anniversary in November.Naylor was also recognized by Mayor Sam Abed for his work.Naylor is not an average city worker. He was hit by a car when he was 7-years-old, while living in Oceanside. "I died for 10 minutes, three times... God told me to do the best that I can and be the best that I can," he said.Since then, he's had trouble speaking and limited mobility on his left side.Friday Dan said he was brought into his boss's office and told he was being fired for wearing his uniform while drinking a beer at Vinz after work a few weeks prior. Patti Thompson, a friend and self appointed advocate for Dan, started asking questions, "I got my questions answered by people within the City, so I checked my facts by people that are credible that work in the City office... UNION, Ky. — A 17-year-old girl faked a school shooting threat at Ryle High School in Union, Kentucky because she didn't want to go to class on Wednesday, according to a news release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office. Classes are still on, but she'll get her wish. The girl was arrested Tuesday night and booked into the Campbell County Juvenile Detention Center. The threat, which deputies said she made herself but pretended to have received via Snapchat, was the fourth of its kind targeted at Ryle in just two days. Three other teenagers — two 15-year-olds and one 17-year-old — were arrested Monday for making "terroristic threats."The girl's mother called police Tuesday night, Sgt. Philip Ridgell wrote in the news release. She believed her daughter had just received a threat reading, "since nobody showed up to school today just sat till tomorrow, i'm going to drive past the cafeteria during 3rd lunch and just shoot non stop."In reality, Ridgell said, the girl had created it. Deputies who questioned her about the threat noted inconsistent responses and ultimately learned she had posted it to her own Snapchat story because she did not want to go to school.After confessing, she tried to flee on foot.
