Voters who are sick or in quarantine should take steps to protect poll workers and other voters," the CDC says.The CDC also recommended that patients bring their own supplies to vote, including pens and sample ballots or registration forms.The CDC's recommendations for all voters can be read online. 850

(KGTV) — Thousands of passengers remained stranded on a cruise ship off the San Francisco coastline Saturday, after 21 people aboard tested positive for the new coronavirus this week.The Grand Princess cruise ship said they are awaiting direction from state and local health officials about where they will be allowed to port. Gavin Newsom has previously said officials will work to identify all potential COVID-19 patients aboard before deciding how to bring the ship to shore.Late Friday, gloves and face masks were delivered to the ship by a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter. Earlier the same day, the National Guard delivered testing kits and supplies.In the U.S., 11 people have died from the virus and at least 400 cases have been reported. (KGTV) -- The Department of Homeland Security is requesting US troops build temporary facilities to house up to 7,500 detained migrant adults, according to ABC News. The department would “loan and erect” the tents in support of ICE, the Pentagon told ABC. "DOD will not provide detention or custodial support for detained aliens at these ICE detention facilities," a spokesperson for the Pentagon said. "ICE is responsible for detention or custodial support."RELATED: TSA to deploy hundreds, including air marshals, to borderThe tents were requested at six locations along the border, but specific locations are unclear at this time. The announcement comes as the Pentagon shifted .5 billion to a counter-drug account that will be used to build roughly 80 miles of border wall, according to ABC. Currently, there are 4,000 active duty and national guard troops assisting US Customs and Border Protection along the border. 933
