One day after Patrick Mahomes and several of his peers released a video demanding the league condemn racism, Goodell made his strongest statement on the issues many players passionately support. Goodell offered condolences to the families of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and all the families who have endured police brutality. Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing announced Wednesday that prize-winning author Nikki Grimes has written “Kamala Harris: Rooted in Justice." It features illustrations by Laura Freeman. The book comes out Aug. 25. Harris, a California Democrat, is the first Black woman and first Asian American woman named to a major party presidential ticket. NEW YORK (AP) — Justin Bieber is hoping the coronavirus pandemic is over by next summer.New dates have been announced for his previously scheduled 2020 tour, which will now take place in 2021. Tickets for his original 2020 tour will be honored on the new dates.The Justin Bieber World Tour was originally planned to begin in May but was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. AEG Presents says the 45-date tour will kick off on June 2, 2021, in San Diego. Nineteen new dates have been added to the tour, and the original stops have been rerouted, according to AEG. Kehlani and Jaden Smith were originally also participating in the 2020 tour.
