A local pastor is speaking out after he says a woman leaving a pizza place in Detroit coughed on him as they crossed paths. The woman was wearing a mask, he wasn’t, and the whole incident was captured on surveillance video.Michael Hale and his wife Victoria were out celebrating Juneteenth, but when the couple went to get a pizza the celebration turned to anger. He says a woman started interrogating him about not wearing a mask.“She literally started to say things to me like, where is your mask or did you lose your mask. And so I told her my mask is in the car, I’m not going to be in here,” he said. “She literally walked back out, leaned over and coughed directly into my face."Surveillance video of the incident captured every moment, from when Michael crosses paths with that woman and she appears to cough in his face. Michael immediately reacted.“I just basically told her that you can’t do this stuff, 'why did you do this to me. I didn’t do anything to you like that,'” Michael recalled.His wife, Victoria, was sitting in the car and couldn’t believe what she saw. She says they filed a police report after the incident but was told police can’t do anything about it.“The sergeant told me that no criminal charges will be filed against her and in the State of Michigan it is currently not a crime to cough on someone," Victoria said. "But, according to the prosecutor they can’t go after things like this because it’s not a crime and they don’t have the resources to pursue these types of things."Michael says he should of had his mask on, but what happened to him shouldn’t have happened at all.“You don’t have the opportunity to police me and to ridicule me for not wearing my mask because no one made you in charge,” he said.DPD would only confirm to us they are investigating. A deadly crash involving semi-trucks has shut down eastbound Interstate 10 west of Tonopah, Arizona. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, multiple semi-trucks were involved in the crash near milepost 79. DPS says a semi rolled over in the area and a second semi was able to come to a stop to avoid the rolled-over truck. At that time, a third truck hit the second semi, killing the driver of the third truck. The impact of the wreck caused the second semi to hit the rolled truck, causing injuries to the second driver. Eastbound lanes are expected to remain closed for some time while crews get "heavy duty tow trucks" to remove the vehicles and debris.The Arizona Department of Transportation says drivers can use the following detour: I-10 EB detour at Vicksburg Road (milepost 45) north to US 60, east to Salome Road and drive southeast back to I-10 past crash site. 925

A large earthquake has been reported off the southern coast of Alaska Monday afternoon. The United States Geological Survey reports the quake measured 7.5 magnitude. Originally, the organization reported it as 7.4 magnitude. It triggered tsunami warnings along the Alaskan Peninsula coastline, according to the U.S. Tsunami Warning System. The tsunami warning does not stretch south to Canada or the rest of the US west coast at this time. 449

A Buffalo woman faces a felony charge following an April brawl at a Chuck E. Cheese in the nearby town of Amherst.Amherst Police said Tamika Clemons, 20, was arrested Wednesday. Clemons was arraigned Thursday on a charge of 2nd-degree assault.Bail was set at ,000 cash.The video attached to this story was sent to Scripps station WKBW in Buffalo Jay Keenan of Lockport, New York. A Lake Geneva, Wisconsin family is trying to raise money to bring their teenager home from a trip overseas where he became ill.Nathan Dyer traveled to Morocco with his cousin Ashley Benyamina and her husband Mohammed who is from the North African country. He fell ill on April 15 and is now in a coma receiving care in Paris. The beginning of the trip was great, Ashley and Mohammed said, and Nathan was enjoying everything the country had to offer.“He was in the desert running in the dunes, he was climbing mountains we were playing soccer in the streets,” Mohammed said.Then when the three returned to Marrakesh, Nathan started exhibiting symptoms of what they thought was travelers sickness. Doctors gave him antibiotics and told him he’d be better in three or four days. That didn’t happen, so they made another doctor’s appointment.“The appointment was like at 3 p.m. and at 2 p.m. He said, 'I’m really not feeling well, I think I have to go' and then he collapsed on the floor," Ashley said. Nathan has been in a coma ever since. Nathan had traveler’s insurance which got him transported by air ambulance to Paris for better care. That’s where he remains now.His mother has flown there to be with him. His insurance maxed out at ,000 for the trip from Morocco to Paris.
