The Butte County sheriff's office said DNA testing was used to positively identify 10 of 15 people killed last week in the North Complex fire burning northeast of San Francisco. (KGTV) -- Police arrested a 16-year-old boy after he reportedly killed a duck with a golf club in Ontario Wednesday, according to ABC 7 in Chicago.The teen shared video that appeared to show him striking the duck. The duck’s remains were later found at the Whispering Lakes Golf Course.The 16-year-old was issued a citation for felony animal abuse after being arrested at his home.Members of the Colony High School golfing team were practicing when one of them said they accidentally hit a duck while teeing off.The boy claims he killed the duck to put it out of its misery, however, police say there may be more to the story due to the video being posted on social media. Police have said the investigation is ongoing. 748

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Police have identified the man accused of firing a gun at an Oklahoma City restaurant on Thursday evenign. Police say Alexander Tilghman, 28-years-old of Oklahoma City, opened fire Thursday at 6:30 p.m. local time at Louie's restaurant on Lake Hefner. In an update sent around 9:30 a.m. police say officers found Tilghman dead outside the restaurant. Police say he was shot by two citizens.Witnesses say the men were yelling at the suspect to put his gun down, but he had large headphones on and was pacing near the restaurant. Witnesses say the suspect raised his gun at the men, and that's when the armed citizen shot Tilghman.Police say three people were shot: A 39-year-old woman and two female juveniles. All three are reportedly in good condition.A fourth person was injured, according to police, after falling and breaking his arm after the shooter started firing his gun.Oklahoma City police are holding a press conference at 11:30 a.m. local time.  1024

(KGTV) --  A swarm of earthquakes is once again shaking the Ocotillo Wells area Sunday.The largest earthquakes to hit the area Sunday morning was a 3.5 magnitude 14 miles away from Ocotillo Wells at 4:05 a.m. That earthquake was followed by a 3.3 magnitude at 6:33 a.m. At this time, there are no reports of damage or injury. RELATED: Series of earthquakes shake Ocotillo Wells area  The eruption of small earthquakes began Saturday evening between 5 and 6 p.m. The largest of Saturday's quakes registered as a 3.5 magnitude.  587
