But these days, running her business includes a slice of uncertainty. "Very stressful and very sad," said Stephan.Next Monday, Stephan and her husband will head to court. Their landlord, Alcott Estates, L.P., says their lease has expired, but the Stephans argue they exercised an extension that gives them another 2 years. Stephan says the landlord crossed out the extension option on their lease without their approval."They should honor the rest of the lease," said Stephan.The landlord's plan: to replace their business with a drive-thru Starbucks. Brian Higgins, the Wisconsin man charged in the attempt to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer by a group called the "Wolverine Watchmen," has been released from jail on bail.Court records show Higgins paid his ,000 cash bail on Monday. He also attended his extradition hearing in the case the same day, in which a Columbia County judge ordered that as a condition of his release from jail, Higgins must stay within the boundaries of Columbia and Dane counties, surrender his passport and not have contact with the other 13 men charged in the attempted kidnapping.As TMJ4 News reported, Higgins was charged with providing material support for terrorist acts, a felony, last Thursday.Prosecutors say Higgins joined a group called the Wolverine Watchmen who had been conspiring for months to kidnap Gov. BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — An Oklahoma woman's post on social media is going viral after she said she took her dog to a PetSmart store to get groomed only to learn it suffered a broken jaw."I'm very emotional," Tania Lara, the owner of the dog, said. "I feel scared."Lara says in her Facebook post that about an hour after she dropped off her dog Susie to get groomed at PetSmart on Hillside Drive in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, she received a phone call from a store employee who said the dog was not doing well."Something really bad was going on," Lara said. The dog owner said when she arrived at the store, the dog was bleeding and was unable to close her mouth. "She was in a lot of pain," Lara said. "She was touching her face and she was crying."The woman said she was told employees attempted to take Susie to the in-store vet, but the vet was busy. She adds they also told her Susie had dental problems.Lara said she immediately took her dog to the veterinarian, who said the dog's jaw had been broken in two places."She [had] to be hospitalized during the weekend," Lara said. "She has a feeding tube in."The dog underwent surgery on Monday.
