(KGTV) — A highly controversial Valley Center horse rescue is being sued for millions of dollars and now faces eviction.According to the lawsuit filed by the property owner, the nonprofit owes more than ,000 in rent. UPDATE 10:40 P.M.(KGTV) -- At least four people are dead and 15 people were injured after a shooting at the Garlic Festival Sunday evening in Gilroy, police said Sunday night during a press conference. Officials said the suspect entered the event through a neighboring creek and used a tool to cut into the fencing surrounding the festival. At about 5:41 p.m., there were reports of gunfire at the north side of the festival area.Gilroy Police officers staged in the north side were able to engage the suspect in less than a minute, said Gilroy Chief Police Scot Smithee.
