The boy was found asleep and wearing a life vest. He told investigators that he and his mother went swimming and he got back on the boat — but his mom never made it out of the water. LONDON — Scottish police say the individual shot by armed police during an incident in Glasgow has died and that six other people including a police officer are in hospital being treated for their injuries.
