It's not something you just get over."Pat and her son were among dozens who showed up to receive free Narcan, and training on how to use it to potentially save a life.The training session was held at the Water Tower in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood Wednesday night. In this case, the Aids Resource Center of Wisconsin (ARCW) has a Prevention Department that provided the free Narcan and training. The organization often gets requests from community and church group to host training sessions at no cost.Everyone who attended the meeting went home with three syringes and three vials of Narcan, as well as reminders on how to properly use it. 1349

A woman goes berserk, bashing the windshield of a white car in the middle of traffic in the middle of the day. "The girl was pounding, trying to get the other girl out of the car," said Priscella Bautista, an eyewitness.Bautista, her fiance and their two-year-old son were driving in Las Vegas on Friday afternoon when they saw a case of road rage gone wild. “We had our kid in the car. It was scary," said Bautista said, who did not want to show her face on television. Bautista watched in horror but kept rolling as the woman wielded her bat like she was swinging for the fences. The woman inside the white car was petrified. "I wouldn't expect to see anything like that at all," Bautista said.The driver of the attacker's car got angry with Bautista. "When he seen me recording, he yelled at me and said ‘can I help you?’ and I said ‘no we're just recording.’ I said ‘we don't want no problems,’" Bautista said.Once she was done with her major league automotive attack, the woman with the bat casually walked back to her car. "I was thinking they're probably going to come after me too but they didn't. They drove away pretty fast," Bautista said, hoping someone sees the video and recognizes the attacker."I really hope they get caught,” Bautista said. "If that was me in that situation. Actress Naya Rivera was reportedly laid to rest last week after tragically passing away after drowning in early July while visiting Lake Piru in California.Rivera's death certificate, which was obtained by People and The Blast, said that the former "Glee" star died within a "manner of minutes," People reported. ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — New York is urging travelers from eight additional states to self-quarantine for 14 days as it awaits a decision on the reopening of indoor dining in New York City. Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a television interview that he plans to send state police and health and liquor officials to New York City on Tuesday night ahead of his decision expected Wednesday. Last week, Cuomo and counterparts in New Jersey and Connecticut announced a travel advisory requiring people from states with "increased prevalence of COVID-19" to quarantine for two weeks. That advisory applies to states with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents, or a test positivity rate higher than 10%.Tuesday, California, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, and Tennessee were added to New York’s travel advisory. Those states join Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.The Democratic governor said he’s worried by reports that dining in closed, indoor areas with air-conditioned systems could lead to spikes in COVID-19. One summer day in 2019, something was getting in the way of his ride.“The guy did everything he could to get me in,” recalled Hall. “Which was not only super humiliating and humbling, but obviously at the same time it was very eye opening for me because something that I love to do, especially with my family, now my weight and my health was restricting me from doing that.”Hall knew he needed to change. But changing takes time, time he didn't think he had.“Prior to the pandemic, I was kind of hoping for more work from home, that's not necessarily what I had in mind was this,” said Hall.With an opportunity to be more healthy. Hall jumped on it. He insists he's not a paid spokesperson, but he swears by the app Centr.
