SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — One person was killed after a vehicle drove off the State Route 54 connector to northbound Interstate 5 in the South Bay.The crash was reported just after 3 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. It wasn't immediately clear what prompted the vehicle to drive off the freeway connector.At least one person was killed in the crash. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- One man was shot after a fight broke out near a house party in San Diego’s Jamacha-Lomita neighborhood late Saturday night. According to police, the shooting happened on the 1100 block of Koe Street at 11 p.m. Witnesses told police a fight broke out in the street near the house party before shots were fired. Police say the suspect left the scene while the victim was taken to Paradise Valley Hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police are investigating after they say four teenagers were beaten, stabbed and robbed near a City Heights elementary school Saturday night.Police say the four teens were in a skate park near Cherokee Point Elementary School on the 3900 block of Landis Street when they were approached by a group of men.According to police, the man tried to start an argument, so then teens ran to a pedestrian bridge where another group of men was waiting for them.Police say the approximately 15 men punched and kicked all four victims and stole their cell phones and wallets.One of the victims was stabbed in the elbow and another was cut on the finger.One of the victims was taken to the hospital for his injuries, police say. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police are investigating the death of a man who was found with stab wounds in a gas station parking lot in Webster.San Diego police said they received a 911 call just before 10:30 p.m. Thursday regarding a possible stabbing victim in the 4300 block of Home Avenue.Officers arrived to find a 31-year-old Black man with “apparent trauma to his upper torso,” according to SDPD officials.The victim was eventually taken to the hospital for emergency surgery, but he later died from his injuries. His name was not released.SDPD Homicide Unit investigators learned the stabbing occurred in an area of the 4600 block of Home Avenue, and the victim was able to drive himself to the parking lot of an Arco ampm gas station, where he was found.Police said the only information available regarding the suspected attacker is a Black male wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt.Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the SDPD Homicide Unit at 619-531-2293 or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477. 1015
