The group dropped the word "Antebellum" from their name because of its ties to slavery. But blues singer Anita White, who has been releasing and performing music under that name for years, complained publicly that the band never reached out to her. Negotiations between the parties broke down. The lawsuit seeks the court to declare that the band's use of the trademark "Lady A" does not infringe on White's alleged trademark rights of the same name. MILWAUKEE — What was supposed to be a girls trip to Atlanta with a Milwaukee mother and her five daughters turned into a nightmare for the Wenszell family. A man they never met was in the station as they waited for a train to arrive. “This man, agitated, talking to himself mumbling and next thing we know, ran over and pushed my wife she ended up falling onto the track,” said Jerry Wenszell, the husband and father of the family. After Susan Wenszell was pushed her daughter jumped onto the tracks and covered her mother with her body. But that left Katie Wenszell to take the brunt of the train. “Katie jumped down, tried to move Sue off the tracks and just got her in between the tracks and the train literally went over both of the top of them,” Jerry said. The train missed Susan. Katie was hit and dragged. She lost part of her foot, her shoulder was shattered, she punctured a lung and broke most of the bones in her face. “Most said had Katie not jumped down, Sue would have come home in a box,” Jerry said. The man who pushed Susan is now facing charges. But Jerry isn’t angry and relies on his faith. “No, actually I'm not. I actually prayed for the guy,” he said. Katie is now in critical condition after the incident in Atlanta over the weekend. She faces a long road to recovery, including the potential for more surgeries. Jerry says he’s had to stay in Milwaukee to take care of the family’s young children. The family has set up a GoFundMe page to help raise money for Katie's medical expenses.  1595

Mixed in with messages from those you know and love are texts trying to steal your information, money, or both.This holiday season, the Better Business Bureau says thieves are cranking up what's known as "smishing" because they use SMS to try and get to you."Their goal is to entice you to click on a link to get you to either a. download malware on to your cellphone, have you fill out a form that they link you to collect personal information, or send you to a page to make a payment so they can gather credit card information from you," said Bryan Oglesby with the Better Business Bureau.Some of these messages may appear legit, but the Better Business Bureau says you should always go straight to the source instead of replying.According to the BBB, online purchase scams are the most reported form of cyber theft for the last three years.It's when scammers use fake websites or emails to offer attractive deals."The top ways consumers fall victim to these scams are based on price. The price they are looking for the greatest deal. It's too good to be true offer. They act on it. Not Richard Kraft."I'm not satisfied with a souvenir book or a little pennant: I had to actually own pieces of the park," says Kraft, who admits "I'm a bit obsessive."He grew up in Bakersfield, California, a few hours' drive north of Disneyland, and his schoolteacher parents would save money for annual trips to the theme park. His older brother, David, had Crohn's disease, so they could go only when he was healthy.When David died, 25 years ago, Kraft found himself drawn back to Disneyland, to the sights and smells and tastes that brought back memories."These were the same sidewalks I walked as a child with my brother," Kraft recalls."Then he heard about an auction of Disneyland travel posters. He bid on an Autopia poster, won it -- and was hooked.His quarter-century of collecting is currently on display as "That's From Disneyland!", a 20,000-square-foot pop-up exhibit filling an old sporting goods store in Sherman Oaks, California. It includes everything from attraction vehicles and props to park signage and concept drawings -- more than 750 items in all.Guests are greeted by a scale model of Main Street, surrounded by concept artwork, the "travel posters" that lined the entrance tunnels, and even a Disneyland mailbox. Part of the auction's proceeds will go to the Coffin-Siris Foundation, as well as the CHIME Institute, which pursues inclusive education -- schools where children who develop typically, those with special needs, and gifted children learn side by side. His other condition before agreeing to sell: a month-long opportunity for the public to see everything he'd spent 25 years collecting before it is auctioned in a few weeks."We have a very passionate collector who doesn't just want to list items: he wants to share them with everyone," says Van Eaton. MONROE COUNTY, Penn. -- Punxsutawney Phil is a wanted mammal, and Pennsylvania law enforcement officials allege his crime is "deception."On Groundhog Day, Phil saw his shadow, declaring to the world there’d be six more weeks of winter.The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office issue is simple, according to the wanted poster posted on Facebook: It's been more than six weeks since his prediction, and snow's still falling.Phil said winter would be over by March 16, but by the second day of spring, the county was in the middle of “yet another snowstorm.”For those on the lookout, Phil is a 22-inch-long male, weighing around 20 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
