A suspect in arson fires at three historically black Louisiana churches is a law enforcement officer's son who may have been influenced by "black metal" music and "its associated history with church burnings," the state fire marshal said Thursday.The man was identified as Holden Matthews, 21, according to Gov. "To the extent that individuals are relying on the refund any delay is going to be a negative."Tax filing season usually begins in mid-January, and if the shutdown is resolved by then it may have little lasting impact on taxpayers.
