(AP) — California's governor on Friday threatened a possible takeover of the troubled utility blamed for sparking deadly wildfires across the state with its outdated equipment unless it can emerge from bankruptcy ahead of next year's wildfire season with a plan focused on safety.Gov. ROSEMEAD (CNS) - Residents across Southern California were checking their homes and apartments this morning for any damage caused by a magnitude 4.5 earthquake that struck two miles south of Rosemead and was felt across a large portion of the region, including Orange County.The quake struck at 11:38 p.m. Friday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The video appears to be filmed by a woman pulled over onto the side of the road near the 215 freeway, where the shooting took place. Three officers were shot and one died as a result of the shooting.
