OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- Two people have been arrested after a teenager was stabbed to death in Oceanside earlier in October.Police say Cesar Robles, 21 and Coryell Taylor, 37, were taken into custody and booked for homicide in the stabbing death of 17-year-old Alan Sandoval.Oceanside Police say Sandoval was with two friends when they were approached by Taylor and Robles. The two suspects then stabbed the victims multiple times, according to police.The two other victims suffered non-life threatening injuries. Officials are urging residents of Texas' capital city to cut water consumption by at least 15 percent so water treatment plants can catch up with demand as historic flooding continues to muck up lakes that supply the region's tap water."Immediate action is needed to avoid running out of water," Austin leaders said Monday in a statement.
