The group coordinates outreach, education, and dialogue regarding bullying, hate incidents, and hate crimes in the San Diego region.With the pandemic and many people at home, the organization’s chairperson said hate speech has increased.“A lot of time, [people] don’t have much else to do, but write and speak their mind anonymously. (KGTV) -- A man from Louisiana died after proposing to his girlfriend underwater during a vacation to Tanzania, CNN reports. Steven Weber and Kenesha Antoine were staying in a wooden cabin with a bedroom submerged beneath the surface of the water off the east coast of Africa when the incident occurred. According to CNN, Weber proposed Thursday by swimming underwater, holding a handwritten note against one of the bedrooms windows. "I can't hold my breath long enough to tell you everything I love about you. BUT...Everything I love about you I love more EVERY DAY,” the note read in part. Weber then failed to return to the surface, Antoine wrote in a post on Facebook. "You never emerged from those depths, so you never got to hear my answer, 'Yes! Yes!
