CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - A report of two men going door to door in a Chula Vista neighborhood with a COVID-related offer is raising alarm bells. The knock at the door came just past 6:30 p.m. Friday. Two men, their masks pulled below their mouths, were standing outside Anna's home near Southwestern College."Can I help you?" she is heard asking in her Ring doorbell video.Anna's question gets an odd reply."We're looking for the queen of the castle," said the man at the door.Moments later, the man at the door makes his pitch."We're going door to door doing COVID testing. Have you been tested?" he asks.Anna, an ICU social worker, sensed something shady."I work at a hospital. No, no, no. Goodbye!" she exclaimed in the video.Just 10 minutes prior, the man who was standing back in the video, was at the home of neighbor Alice Segobia with a different offer."He asked about new metering that was coming. Asked if I was the homeowner. I lied to get him out of the house, said I didn't own my home," said Segobia.Segobia also abruptly said goodbye, so she never found out what he was after. But minutes later, the other man's COVID-19 test offer is one James Lee of the Identity Theft Resource Center is familiar with. He points to reports of door-to-door COVID testing scams a month ago, especially in the Midwest. Often, there is a promise of a test that never happens."What they're really after is personal information ... It ends up someone divulging credit or debit card information and nothing ever arrives," said Lee."To prey on people's fears at this time and to take advantage of them is a horrible thing to do," said Anna. During the Season, it continued along with Sexual Harassment from a recurring guest star and the racist commentary & bullying from the Hair Dept. Head escalated into Sexual Assault at our Wrap party.The Sexual Harassment though reported directly to the Showrunner/EP remained undocumented and was not reported to HR as promised. The Hair Dept. Head was fired ONLY after the sexual assault and NOT for an entire year of outward racism/racially charged language and bullying behavior in and out of the Hair and Makeup trailer. HR protocol was never adhered to following the above reports given by me to my Showrunner/EP and an investigation was never issued for any of my claims. The only time I was asked to participate in an investigation was after a meeting I called in June following our Season 2 announcement. This meeting included the Showrunner and two other producers as well as my agent and SAG-AFTRA Union Rep. It was clear to all present in the meeting that the Showrunner had not shared my reports with the any of the producers. After my initial report of sexual harassment, I was assured that the actor would be fired. I was also asked to film with him the very next day as a courtesy to the script, even though we had not begun filming the episode yet. This actor reappeared on our call sheet at the end of the season, I was even written in scenes with him. I asked the Showrunner about this and he admitted to me that the actor had not been fired nor had he gotten HR involved. I was asked to return this season, and promised that “everything was handled.” The investigation hadn’t even begun and Season 2 had already started filming. I turned it down and I walked. Two days of treats!The group that petitioned to move Halloween to the last Saturday of October has a new proposal: Rather than change the date, why not add a whole extra day of spooks and haunts?On Wednesday, the Halloween & Costume Association proposed a new holiday: National Trick or Treat Day. It would fall on the last Saturday of October and thereby extend the official Halloween celebration, rather than moving it.Amending its initial change.org petition that garnered more than 100,000 signatures, the trade group said the new holiday will "enhance the Halloween that we all know and love" and unite the country in the process.The association will partner with Party City to launch #ALLoween, a campaign to promote the new holiday that -- fittingly -- hits stores on Friday, September 13, according to the petition.The association's campaign to shift Halloween to a Saturday began in 2018. Organizers claimed that the change would make the holiday "safer, longer and stress-free."After a year languishing on the petition website, it began picking up steam this month.The group didn't specifically outline just how a Saturday spookfest would make for a better Halloween, but in theory, the festivities could start earlier and end before the sun sets, working parents could accompany their trick-or-treaters, and school-age kids wouldn't miss their bedtimes.And as any child (or former child) can attest, there's nothing spookier than staying up late on a school night.There's a financial aspect, too: Halloween spending is expected to hit billion in 2019, according to the National Retail Federation. Nelson, president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, announced the change Saturday at the faith's twice-yearly conference. He says the new "home-centered church" strategy reflects the faith's increasingly global membership where not all Latter-day Saints live close to a chapel or even have a chapel.Since 1980, church members have been expected to attend a one-hour sacrament worship service each Sunday, followed by two hours of meetings such as Sunday school and men's and women's groups.RELATED: Latter-day Saints dropping the 'Mormon' monikerUnder the schedule change, which takes effect in January, members will continue attending the one-hour Sunday service but then have only one additional hour of meetings.Quentin L.  Donald Trump's personal attorney often recorded telephone conversations both before and during the 2016 presidential campaign that likely have been scooped up in the FBI raid on attorney Michael Cohen's apartment, office and hotel room, according to sources familiar with the matter.These recorded conversations, according to one source, were even played back at times to candidate Trump and associates, the source said. Among the recordings were discussions about the campaign and interactions with the media, the source said.This information reveals how extensively the FBI is reviewing Cohen's job as a fixer for Trump as well as his own personal financial entanglements.Some of the recordings may have been on the cellphones or computers that were seized by the FBI during Monday's raid. It's likely to raise concerns among Trump allies that the recordings are under review because of the uncertainty over what was recorded.CNN has also learned that the search warrant sought records relating to Cohen's personal finances and his net worth.One source said Cohen played to Trump and some associates conversations that he had with political and media figures during the exploratory part of the campaign.The source said they were generally conversations about whether the news organizations were going to be fair to candidate Trump.
