Eight people were injured during a shooting at the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Friday afternoon, chief of police Barry Weber told reporters. Weber confirmed that seven of the injured were adults, while one teen was among the victims. Weber did not know the extent of their injuries. Weber said when police arrived at the mall Friday afternoon, the shooter was no longer at the scene. As of early Friday evening, a suspect has not been found. A person said she heard gunshots near the food court in the mall. During a press conference on Wednesday, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said that he believes the police officers who shot Jacob Blake and Breonna Taylor should be charged with crimes.Biden said that the cases should be handled within the judicial system, but said that the officers in the cases should face charges "at a minimum."Biden added that the person who shot a Trump supporter during a weekend confrontation in Portland, Oregon should also face charges.When asked by reporters how Biden would keep Americans safe in times of civil unrest, Biden said he wouldn't "incite violence" and would condemn it when occurred. He accused Trump of acting "irresponsibly" by not condemning violence amid protests."Protesting is a right and free speech is a right. But to engage in violence: Burning, looting, unrest in the name of protesting is wrong and people should be held accountable," Biden said.Biden added that he "didn't hear much" from Trump in regard to the shooting of Jacob Blake.Biden is scheduled to visit Kenosha tomorrow, where he says he will "meet with community leaders." (KGTV) -- New video from a nearby business shows the moments before a driver plunged into a sinkhole in El Cajon.The images seeming to tell a different story than was released by El Cajon police earlier in the week.The incident happened late Monday night on Vernon Way and Johnson Avenue. A white car became almost completely submerged in a deep sinkhole after a water main break earlier in the evening. RELATED: Sinkhole forms at El Cajon intersection, swallows car At the time police said the driver, who wasn't injured, ended up there after going around a barricade.Ken Wingert's office has surveillance cameras pointed right at the street where it happened, so out of curiosity, he took a look and says the video paints a different story than the one he first heard. "I saw the video...no that's not true," Wingert told 10News. "The police officer actually went to her window, talked to her and the car pulled a u-turn and went into the sinkhole."After the car goes down, Wingert says the video gets even more interesting. The officers can be seen walking over, but it's how they did it that has him confused.  "Why were the police not reacting so fast once the car went into the pothole? All of a sudden when the car started sinking more everybody started running towards it," he said. "To me that was a little slow on that part."On Thursday 10News made multiple attempts to talk to El Cajon police about the video. We were told that there was no one available to comment. 1537

EL CAJON, Calif. (KGTV) -- Police are investigating after a car slammed into an El Cajon power pole Tuesday afternoon, leaving some residents without power.The crash happened on Madison Avenue and 3rd Street near Madison Avenue Elementary School."It was just kind of like a loud boom," said Julia Jorgensen, who heard the crash.  "The car was smoking at the front for a little bit, so I was really scared that it was going to blow up."According to police in El Cajon, the crash caused extensive damage.  In photos from the scene, the power pole appears to be split in half. SDG&E turned off power approximately 120 residents in the area as a precaution.  Power was restored for most residents by 4:30 p.m.The crash also closed Madison Avenue between 3rd Street and Macon Street, creating traffic as parents picked up their children from one of several schools in the area.Police say the incident is being investigated as a DUI crash. A witness described the driver as stumbling out of the vehicle shortly after the crash."I ran up to him.  I said, 'Who was in the car, like who's in there?' and he was really really out of it.  His eyes were rolling in the back of his head," Jorgensen said.
