SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police said Tuesday they have arrested a student for threatening to "shoot up" Westview High School.The threat was reported by school staff Tuesday, wherein a student reportedly told other students not to come to school Wednesday "because the student was going to shoot up the school," according to a press release from school officials.Officials said several students reported the threats to Westview High officials. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Quiet neighborhood walks have turned disturbing for a growing number of women in Rancho Bernardo.Along Paseo Lucido, feet from a park, Lauren was walking her dog one early evening two weeks ago. She walked past the passenger side of an older, white, 2-door Toyota."The front windows were down and the seat was back ... looked over inside the car and saw he was exposing himself and touching himself," said Lauren.'He' was a large man in his 30s with short dark hair."He smiled when he saw me looking. I immediately looked away. Just very anxious and scared," said Lauren.Lauren took off for a neighbor's house. When she returned minutes later, the car was gone. About a week later - around 6:30 a.m. last Thursday - Robbie was blocks away on Avenida Venusto when a similar car, driven by a man with a similar description, pulled ahead of her and parked in a red zone."Kind of slouched back. He has his pants down, and he's actively touching himself," said Robbie.And again, the stranger met a woman's glance before driving off."And he looked up at me with a big smile on his face," said Robbie. San Diego (KGTV) -- North County parents and students are voicing safety concerns after the Vista school board voted 3-2 not to restore law enforcement at school sites next year. The Vista Unified School District made its decision early Friday morning despite backlash from some parents."We seem to need constant reminders so we've had Columbine, Parkland, Sandy Hook, and on a day we're pleading for safety another tragedy hits," one parent told 10News.The parent was referring to Thursday's shooting at Saugus High School just north of Los Angeles. A student gunned down a group of teens on campus killing a 16-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy.
