As Stewart explained on Instagram , she wanted to be picked up on Fifth Avenue and 57th Street.Stewart wrote the first car did not show up and the second parked "halfway down" the street where she "could not see the license plate." New details are emerging about the 41-year-old Parma, Ohio father who turned himself into Parma Police on Saturday night, leading to the discovery of his 18-month-old son's body.Police said the man came into the police station around 9 p.m. and told an officer at the front desk that he wanted to turn himself in for a crime. Officers noticed cuts on both of his arms, which were later found to be self-inflicted. Officers learned the man's son was inside his car, which was parked in the visitor's parking lot of the station.Police searched the car and found the toddler unresponsive and not breathing inside the trunk.The boy was taken to University Hospitals Parma Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.The father was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for his injuries where he remains under police custody.  When he is released, he will be brought back to the Parma jail. Scripps station WEWS in Cleveland is not releasing the name of the 18-month-old boy or the father because no one has been charged. 1087

NEW YORK (AP and KGTV) — Sears is closing 80 more stores, including six locations in San Diego, as it teeters on the brink of liquidation.The iconic retailer, once the nation's largest department store chain, set a deadline of Friday for bids for its remaining stores to avert closing down completely.Sears has not received any bids as of Friday afternoon.The retailer that began out as a mail order catalog in the 1880s has been in a slow death spiral, hobbled by the Great Recession and then overwhelmed by rivals both down the street and across the internet.The 80 stores are due to close by March. That's in addition to 182 stores already slated for closure, including 142 by the end of 2108 and 40 by February. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in October , saying at the time it would close more than 20 percent of all stores, keeping open only its 500 most profitable locations.Sears Holdings Corp., which also runs Kmart, joins the list of retail brands taken over by hedge funds that collapsed under the weight of debt forced upon them.Under hedge fund manager Eddie Lampert, Sears has bought time by spinning off stores and putting on the block the brands that had grown synonymous with the company, such as Craftsman. North Korea outlined steps Saturday to dismantle its nuclear testing site -- and confirmed that international journalists, including from the United States and the United Kingdom, would be invited to watch this month as its tunnels are blown up.The announcement, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as reported by state news agency KCNA, came a day after Pyongyang pledged no longer to carry out unannounced missile tests or other activities that put flights at risk, according to a United Nations aviation agency.North Korean leader Kim Jong Un previously had announced the conclusion of North Korea's nuclear testing program and the intended shuttering of the Punggye-ri complex. He said on April 20 that his nation already had "completed its mission" to test its weapons capability.The statement Saturday gave greater details of the "technical measures" North Korea would take to dismantle the test site and "ensure transparency of discontinuance of the nuclear test."International journalists will be invited to conduct "on-the-spot coverage in order to show in a transparent manner" how the nuclear site is being put out of use, with a dismantlement "ceremony" scheduled for as early as May 23, depending on weather, the news agency said.Since space is limited, only journalists from China, Russia, South Korea, the United States and the United Kingdom will be allowed access, according to KCNA.First, explosives will be used to collapse the tunnels, KCNA said. Then, entries to the site will be blocked and all observation facilities, research institutes and guard structures will be removed.
