AKRON, Ohio — One couple is accusing a haunted house in Akron, Ohio of subjecting patrons to a mock rape scene without asking their permission or having them sign a waiver."There was a man in a mask standing over my boyfriend, my boyfriend was on the edge and he was being pushed down," said Sarah Lelonek."She comes over and yells, 'Stop, what are you doing? That's my boyfriend,' " said Lelonek's boyfriend Ryan Carr. "'Not anymore, he's mine now I'm going to rape him' and then he started thrusting against me."The couple says this all went down at the Akron Fright Fest, which is housed on the Kim Tam Park property. They say this is not the special haunted house where you had to sign a waiver to enter, although they do offer a haunted house like that on the property. Lelonek and Carr aren't the only ones complaining about this rape scenario.One Facebook user wrote "It was 100 percent a rape scene," and someone else said, "They did have a mock rape scene in one of the houses."A different viewer sent WEWS television station reporters a private Facebook message and wrote, "They grabbed my ankles and shins and pulled my legs apart and was thrusting while telling me to scream papa."WEWS reached out to the haunted house manager over Facebook, but he did not respond to the message. The owner of the property said he would have the manager contact us. That same manager who did not respond wrote online "the issue has been resolved.""In all the years I've been going to haunted houses, I have never seen anything like that, ever," said Lelonek. 1597

"Do I remove their shirt?" Wolfstich says. "Do I remove their bra? What's my hand placement? Is it appropriate for me to be putting my hands on a female chest? Are there bystanders around and how are they going to react and where does my liability stand."He tells students they are protected by the Good Samaritan Law. And CPR only requires touching the center of the chest."You're not actually pressing down on the breast," Wolfstich says. Almost two dozen people became trapped when a storm knocked over a large tree onto a detached garage, which collapsed. The victims were attending a child's birthday party, and had gone inside the garage when the storm started, according to Anne Arundel County Fire Department."It literally sounded like a train coming down the tracks and I looked out the front door and I could see a funnel," said neighbor Dawn Redloff.Redloff describes the severe and sudden storm that hit her neighborhood in Pasadena Sunday afternoon, near Baltimore. Winds knocked down trees, power lines and blew out her front door and window.But nothing was as bad as her neighbor's home."It was heartbreaking," said Redloff.The Anne Arundel County Fire Department officials said a large tree fell on a detached garage during a child’s birthday party, injuring 19 and requiring major rescues."The guys were unreal, cutting the building apart, getting people out of there," said Redloff.When crews arrived, they found six people still trapped inside, all were removed within 45 minutes.According to the county, 19 adults and two children were injured and taken to four area hospitals. Ian and Taylor Gaspard from Abbeville were supposed to get married on Saturday, Oct. 10. But Hurricane Delta had other plans. After watching the hurricane slowly make its way toward Louisiana they swiftly changed gears and held the wedding Thursday with friends and family in attendance. The streets outside were largely deserted as residents finished up last-minute storm preparations or evacuated. The smiling bride said the ceremony was "beautiful."Hurricane Delta made landfall Friday at 6 p.m. CT near Creole, Louisiana, as a category 2 hurricane. 739
