President Donald Trump's attorney Jay Sekulow announced Sunday that Joseph diGenova and Victoria Toensing will not join Trump's legal team for the Russia probe."The President is disappointed that conflicts prevent Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing from joining the President's Special Counsel legal team. However, those conflicts do not prevent them from assisting the President in other legal matters. The President looks forward to working with them," Sekulow said in a statement.The announcement on Sunday came as Trump insisted on Twitter he was not having a hard time assembling a legal team for the Russia probe, and after CNN reported on Friday that diGenova and Toensing's roles in the legal team were still in question.Two sources previously told CNN that there was concern about diGenova and Toensing's conflicts. The pair make up a husband-and-wife legal team, and two sources noted that Toensing represents clients who are connected to the special counsel probe led by former FBI Director Robert Mueller.Sekulow announced last Monday?that diGenova would be joining the legal team, and sources told CNN that both diGenova and Toensing met with Trump on Thursday. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – Challenger Middle School teacher Christopher Kelly is the SDCCU classroom hero. Kelly is a fresh face in the teaching world with only four years on the job, but is already making a tremendous impact in his students' lives. Kelly uses a mix of positive reinforcement and entertainment to keep his students engaged in their eighth-grade math class and eager to learn. "I do talk like a talk show host," Christopher Kelly said. "I think it's kinda fun, and I think it keeps them more engaged that way they pay attention more." Kelly became a teacher to create a positive and secure space for kids to learn and grow. "I think that everybody in this world that has been successful has had somebody help them along the way," Kelly said. "I just want to be able to help some people who maybe haven't had that yet." Kelly's attentiveness toward his students is one of the reasons eighth-grader Olivia Toledo wanted to recognize him for his hard work. "When I need help, I know that I can go to him, and he will help me until I get it," Toledo said." He keeps us engaged by telling us to just keep going and never give up." His students and staff say Kelly is a teacher who is making a difference in his students' lives. (AP) — U.S. health officials have allowed emergency use of a second antibody drug to help the immune system fight COVID-19. It's an experimental medicine that President Donald Trump was given when he was sickened last month. The Food and Drug Administration on Saturday authorized use of the Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. drug for people with mild-to-moderate symptoms. Tests of the drug are continuing, but early results suggest it may prevent hospitalization and emergency room visits.
