A hacker who claims to have gotten access to President Donald Trump’s personal Twitter account by guessing his password will not face charges, according to reports, because the man acted “ethically” following getting access.Dutch prosecutors say Victor Gevers did get access to the @realDonaldTrump Twitter account by guessing “MAGA2020!” as the password in late October of this year, saying that Gevers shared screenshots from inside the account, according to the BBC.At the time, the White House and Twitter denied it had been hacked.Gevers, a cyber-security researcher, said he was doing a semi-regular sweep of Twitter accounts associated with the U.S. election when he correctly guessed Trump’s password.Investigators in the Netherlands said Gevers was investigating the strength of the password based on “major interests involved if this Twitter account could be taken over so shortly before the presidential election.”“We believe the hacker has actually penetrated Trump’s Twitter account, but has met the criteria that have been developed in case law to go free as an ethical hacker,” reads a statement from the public prosecutor’s office, the Guardian reported.Investigators say Gevers met the standard for “responsible disclosure.”He has publicly shared how he guessed the password, and tweeted October 22, following the alleged hack, a warning possibly aimed at the president urging people to use two-factor authentication. A California teacher was arrested Wednesday after a video posted to Reddit shows her cutting students' hair while singing the "Star-Spangled Banner."Margaret Gieszinger, 52, was arrested and changed with abandonment and neglect of children.According to NBC News, Gieszinger is a teacher at University Preparatory High School in Visalia, California. The video shows Gieszinger in a classroom, cutting chunks of hair from a male students' head and throwing it behind her as she sings the national anthem.After cutting the boys' hair, she threatens to cut other students' hair.The College of the Sequoias Chief of Police confirmed to NBC News that the video was the reason for the arrest.Gieszinger is currently being held in the Bob Wiley Detention Center in Tulare County, California on 0,000 bond. A man is hospitalized, but expected to survive, after his girlfriend struck him with her car following a domestic argument, according to police in Port St. Lucie, Florida.The incident happened in the 1900 block of W. Dunbrooke Circle.Police said the man got out of the car and began walking down the street and the woman then dropped off her baby at their house, drove back to where the man was walking and hit him.Video posted by police shows crime scene tape around a car which appears to have a big dent in the hood and a shattered windshield.The man, described as the woman's 24-year-old live-in boyfriend, was airlifted to a hospital with head trauma.  He was undergoing surgery late Wednesday afternoon.Police did not identify either person but said the investigation continues. “It sounded like a car hitting a shopping cart," said Lance Chmura who lives just across the street from the crash scene. He was making breakfast around 9 a.m. when he heard the impact and ran out to help.“I went down, grabbed his hand and stabilized him because he was starting to thrash around a bit," said Chmura.The impact of the crash was so intense it sent the man flying 35 yards down the street.“She (the girlfriend) then left the scene, drove back home.  Her relative got in car and came back to the scene," said Master Sgt. Frank Sabol with Port St. Lucie Police.The victim’s grandmother would not reveal what the girlfriend said to her immediately after the crash, but said the couple had a good relationship and had just moved down here last month. She said she thinks this was an accident.“I think they were just playing around and didn’t realize the severity of it," said the grandmother.“The initial investigation determines she was on the wrong side of the road when he was struck," added Sgt. Sabol.Right now, it’s being investigated as a case of domestic violence. No arrests have been made.  1948
